Do I have to buy by the case or do you sell loose bottles too?

 > Most of our wines are available to purchase loose, though some may come in OWC (Original Wooden Case) and would therefore be sold as a full case only.

Do you carry physical stock in Hong Kong?

 > Yes, all wines in our list are physical stock, professionally kept at our licensed temperature-controlled warehouse, and available for delivery within 1-2 working days. Additionally, we offer some wines to be purchased pre-arrival, and this is indicated as such on our lists too. Please enquire with us if you wish to know the ETA of our wines. 

Do you have a shop in Hong Kong where I can purchase wines from?

 > We do not have a physical shop in Hong Kong, and we sell through online channels (Email/WhatsApp/WeChat) only. Photos of all our bottles are available on request and we usually deliver within 1-2 working days. Alternatively, we also offer pick up from our warehouse, please enquire with us for further details.

How much do you charge for delivery?

 > Delivery is free for orders above $10,000hkd, and will be delivered in temperature controlled trucks within 1-2 working days. Orders below this threshold will be subject to a $250 delivery fee.

 

> Deliveries to remote areas such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, or other outlying islands are subject to additional charges. Please enquire with us to see if we can deliver to your area.

> Same-day deliveries are subject to availability and at our sole discretion only. Additional charges will also be applied. 

What payment methods do you accept?

 > We accept bank transfer, cash, and check (delivery will be made only when the check clears). Credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are subject to handling fees, please enquire with us for further details.

Can I reserve wines?

 > Due to the rarity and high demand for fine wines, we are unable to reserve stock. All our products are offered on a first come first served basis only.

I am looking for a specific wine that isn't on your list, can you help?

 > With our extensive connection to cellars worldwide, we are happy to help source specific hard-to-find wines for you (minimum orders may apply to meet shipping). Get in touch with us and we will be happy to help find that special bottle for you.

What is your refund policy?

> All sales are considered final, and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any sold wines.

What is your policy on corked or out of condition wines?

 > While we prioritize the provenance and physical condition of our wines, please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of the wine itself. Therefore we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or facilitate exchanges for faulty wines.
