Terms & Conditions

• All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold.
   

• Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The title to all wine remains solely the property of Solomon Vintners until paid for in full.

• All sales are final and are not subject to returns or exchange.

• Whilst we take great care to ensure the provenance and storage of our wines, we do not guarantee the condition of the liquid inside, and are not liable for any wines that are out of condition (whether corked, oxidized or any other fault).

• It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the condition of any goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages should be notified to us immediately, otherwise your delivery will be deemed to be satisfactory, and any claims may be refused thereafter.

• Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. In purchasing with us, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, and that deliveries and/or collections can only be signed for by someone over the legal age limit. 
   

• We shall not bear responsibility for any inability to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notification. In the event of disagreements, our company's decision will be definitive and binding.
